Support for women navigating the effects of emotional abuse, unhealthy relationships, life transitions, stress, anxiety and self-esteem challenges. Through a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, we focus on rebuilding confidence, strengthening resilience, developing healthy coping strategies, and creating a path toward healing, growth and personal empowerment.
Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Appointments All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system or direct contact. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you to ensure focused support. Services Offered Lavardi Sanctuary provides Life Skills Coaching and Behavioral Support. Services are practical, structured and may be informed by approaches such as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), CBT, DBT and somatic-based strategies. Free Consultation A complimentary 30-minute consultation is available to explore your needs and determine if services are a good fit. Late Arrivals Clients arriving late may have their session shortened to respect the next booking. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, the session may need to be rescheduled. Sessions will end at the scheduled time. The full session fee still applies. Missed Appointments (No‑Show) If an appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the session will be charged in full. This is because the time has time has been specially reserved and cannot be rebooked at short notice. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another family who may be waiting for support. Repeated rescheduling may require a new booking fee. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Important Appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Missed appointments prevent others from accessing that time and disrupt scheduling. Exceptions Emergencies may be considered at discretion. Proof or communication must be provided as soon as possible. Payment Full payment is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment Payments are non-refundable but may be transferred if rescheduled within the policy timeframe Confidentiality All personal information is kept private and confidential, except where required by law Important Notice Services provided are coaching and behavioral support and are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counselling or medical treatment. If you require clinical or crisis support, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services Online Sessions Sessions are currently offered online. Please ensure a quiet, private space for your appointment. Commitment & Respect This space is created to be safe, structured and meaningful. Booking a session means you are committing to your time, your growth and the process.
