    This service focuses on job‑readiness skills such as communication, organization, time management, workplace expectations, motivation and developing routines that make work more manageable. Coaching is practical, step‑by‑step and tailored to each person’s strengths, helping them feel more confident and prepared. Support also includes job searching, identifying suitable opportunities, preparing applications and building the skills needed to navigate the hiring process.

    Executive Functioning Coaching

    Provides practical step‑by‑step support to help children, youth and adults strengthen the mental skills needed to manage daily life. This service focuses on building organization, planning, time management, emotional regulation, task initiation and follow‑through. Support includes creating routines, breaking tasks into smaller steps, improving motivation, building coping strategies and developing tools for staying organized and focused that makes work, home, school feel more manageable.

    Youth & Family Life Coach

    Not sure where to start? This is a great first step. Support for youth and families navigating everyday challenges at home, school and in the community. This service focuses on building routines, improving communication and reducing stress and conflict through practical, step-by-step strategies. Families gain tools and confidence to better support their child in real-life situations.

    Social Skills Practice Groups

    practice + generalization Groups are designed to complement 1:1 coaching, providing opportunities to practice skills with peers in a supportive environment. AGE GROUPS Ages 5–7 Ages 8–10 Ages 11–14 Teens GROUP SIZE 3–5 participants All sessions include materials, visual supports and structured tools tailored to each participant to support hands-on learning and practice.

    Play‑Based Learning

    Supporting children through play to build social skills, emotional regulation, communication and confidence in a way that feels natural and engaging. Sessions use games, creative activities and structured play tailored to each child’s needs. Play can take place in nature, at home or in the community wherever the child feels most comfortable. This approach helps children learn and practice social, emotional and life skills in real-world, meaningful environments.

    A supportive, trauma-informed space for women rebuilding confidence, emotional strength and stability after difficult or harmful experiences. Support focuses on practical coping strategies, emotional regulation, boundaries, communication and reconnecting with personal strengths. This is a whole-person approach that supports emotional, behavioral and practical aspects of healing and growth. Sessions can take place in nature, in the community or online wherever you feel safest and most supported.

    Helping students build confidence and develop the skills they need to succeed in school. This service focuses on study habits, organization, time management, note-taking, test preparation and effective learning strategies tailored to each student’s learning style.

This service is designed to help newcomers build confidence, understand local systems and develop the everyday skills needed to feel grounded and supported in a new environment. Whether you are navigating school expectations, accessing community resources, adapting to cultural differences or managing the emotional challenges of starting over, this program offers calm, compassionate guidance tailored to your unique needs.

    Holistic Wellness & Life Skills Support

    This is a whole-person, adult-focused service that supports the connection between mind, body and emotions within the realities of daily life. Sessions explore how thoughts, emotions, behaviors and everyday environments interact and influence one another across different situations. The focus is on helping individuals identify challenges, build practical skills and apply clear, step-by-step strategies in real-life situations to create meaningful and sustainable change.

    Social, Emotional & Behavioral Coaching

    Support for children and youth to build emotional regulation, social understanding and flexible thinking skills Sessions may include structured approaches such as Zones of Regulation, Social Thinking (e.g. Superflex, perspective-taking) anger management and practical strategies to support behavior in real-life situations. Coaching is tailored to each individual and focuses on building awareness, self-regulation and confidence across home, school and community settings. All materials are included
